The beef Adovada steak and red chilie is marinated overnight! So good! So is the avocado salsa! Super nice family business :-)

I use to be a breakfast sandwich kind of gal before I had Momma Perez's burritos! The breakfasts burritos are phenomenal, and the green chile is so delicious, I usually buy extra to take home. I definitely recommend this place for a quick and tasty breakfast! And I can't forgot about how friendly the staff are! Jessica has always been so nice everytime I come in, which is every week. Only go if your ready for great food and great service!

A wonderful experience. Super friendly folks who care about their food products and their customers. The burritos are delicious and the green chili can't be beat. They even added a delicious cinnamon bun to our order, without charge, because we were celebrating a special occasion. We'll definitely be going back, a lot.

I had a sausage, bacon, and egg breakfast burrito that was delicious. But that cinnamon roll… one of the best I have ever had in my life! The service was friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. Very highly recommend!!!

Perhaps I’m biased, but these burritos are absolute fire. You cannot go wrong with any flavor, the green chile is exceptional, and Jess and team will certainly take care of any restrictions you have. You will not find a better burrito in Northern Colorado, or food made with more love!!!

The burritos are amazing, the service is amazing, everyone is SO friendly. My lady and I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles smiles and “welcome in”. 10/10 will be eating again. Also you’ve got to try their green chile!!! Amazing.

I'm always on the lookout for a grab and go burrito spot. I found it! No more waiting. These are delicious and reasonably priced. I just love that they had many different burritos to choose from. And delicious salsa to go with it. I'll be back!

Run don't walk. This food truck-turned brick-and-mortar family-run business is elevating the breakfast burrito game in Fort Collins. The service from Momma Perez herself and her son was wonderful. The food is the show-stopper, though. Locally sourced beans from right here in NOCO that were great and a green chili from Pueblo chili that left my mouth watering. The cinnamon rolls I didn't manage to get a picture of cause I couldn't put my fork down long enough. The breakfast burritos were awesome, with great tortillas, and good even consistency throughout. Presenting a great balance of ingredients that keeps you wanting to go back for another bite. So if you're over your boring old burrito place or don't feel like waiting an hour for a table at First Watch, pop over and say hello to the burrito revelation that is Momma Perez Burritos.
